Some new motherboards will only see half of the ram unless you have a 64 bit operating system installed, I believe this motherboard is one of those if run at 32 bit it see's half the ram, if 64 bit then It sees all of it, although this usually only happens after 4 gb of ram is installed,

DDR2 533RAM. But when i used CPU-Z. It is showing 1024 MB RAM. But when
i am checking with system property and ''dxdiag'' command. It is
showing only 512 MB. Ok! I want to know that with
Intel Pentium Processor 3.06
Intel P4M800 Pro Motherboard
Which
graphics card i can use? And when i am opening my computer. some times
black screen, or some times special character visulise on my monitor
and then i have to restart the computer forcefully. is it the problem
of Motherboard or something else?"
You need to figure out which motherboard you have. P4M800 is a chipset on the motherboard and more than one manufacturer used this number when they named their motherboard. ECS & Biostar both did it, probably others.
It's a motherboard problem. What motherboard are you using? p4m800 is chipset, and a designation used by many motherboard manufacturers that made boards with that chipset. And there isn't any ram that runs at 500 MHz, it goes from 400 to 533. Try using CPU-Z to find out what you have.
