Question about Sony VAIO V505DX Notebook
Recently, my girl friend's laptop started crashing and complaining about its hard drive. Before going for a purchase, I want to make sure there is a practical way to replacing it. Thanks.
It is pretty easy to replace a lappy's hard drive.. ensure you get the right one... Then it is simply matter of releasing & removing the Hard Drive from the laptop and then simply "Plug In" the New HD. After this it must be "Formatted" "Partitioned" and have the "Operating System" installed.. ya good to go. A service manual would also help.. I think I have found one below.. fileshare.eshop.bg/index.php?what=search2&searchstring=Sony+Vaio+GR+Series+Laptop+Disassembly.htm

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
