My GE 46gw945-yx1 keeps blowing the 5amp fuse

I was just recently given this tv and was told all it needed was a service call and had been working until recently.As soon as I got it home I discovered the 5amp fuse was blown and re-placed it but to no avail the same thing keeps happening when I replace the fuse,it blows out.
