Braun espresso machine replacement part

I need a new frothing attatchment for my Braun espresso machine #3062. It is a white plastic 2 piece screw on diffuser that fits on the end of the steamer part. sent mine through the garbage disposal and it no longer fits on the machine. Any ideas? I've ben to many sites with replacement parts-I have not seen this one.

I also need a new frothing attachment for my Type 3062. It is gummed up and will not let steam pass through.

Needing the black plastic screw on that makes the milk froth ... lost mine:(

I would contact the manufacturer, or take it to an appliance repair and see if they have something that may fit. Or check your local hardware store for something that will fit.

Milk not frothing

Remove the black plastic outer sleeve of the Frothing Wand (some models have a metal outer sleeve). If done correctly, the “sleeve” has been removed, but the inner wand with red or black washer, is still connected to the machine.
2) The part of the sleeve assembly that you have removed is comprised of 2 pieces, the frothing sleeve and the center piece. The center piece can be seen if you look into the top of the wand.
3) Using a pencil (eraser end), or similar shaped object, push down on the center piece until an audible “click” is heard. The “click” means that the centerpiece is back into the proper position. When in the proper position, the center piece visibly sticks out the bottom of the sleeve about ¼-inch. It looks like a bird beak.
4) Now put the sleeve back on the machine and your machine should be ready to froth again.

As for the milk island, translaltion from the italian solution using google and drying all the parts works

Braun espresso machine replacement part

If you are unable to get the part directly from BRAUN by calling 1-800-272-8611 (if your machine still falls within the warranty they will usually replace it for free) then I would recommend that you try Ebay as corny as it sounds because you could likely buy a used/new set for not much more than you would pay for the "ordered part" from replacement part sites.

Here's an example: http://cgi.ebay.com/VINTAGE-BRAUN-Coffee-Cappuccino-Maker-MODEL-3062_W0QQitemZ110253282082QQihZ001QQcategoryZ38252QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

Also, if Braun no longer carries the part you need you could also try asking them if they have a diffuser from a different model that would work with your machine.

Good Luck!

Froth control problems

Your vinegar did the job: it as removed the deposits, now these deposits are clogging the four holes porcelain valve.....if the froth lever is not broken.
Remove all the screw you can see on the top and under the top of it, remove the cover, unscrew the frothing device down to the porcelain valve consisting of two 4 holes discs, clean them, and voila!

Leaking system frother

Is the frothing wand completely screwed in? You can actually unscrew it (or partially unscrew it) by moving it slightly when you're cleaning it. Twist the black tip, at the very bottom, and you'll find that you can screw it on & off. Make sure it is screwed on tightly & it shouldn't leak.
