Good Afternoon Arthur, thank
you for your post! If only the bake element works, but the broil element
does not then more than likely only the broiler element would need replacing.
Let's try resetting the oven by either flipping the household circuit breaker
off or by unplugging. It is important to wait roughly ten minutes and then turn
the appliance on. If both your bake and
broil element does not work, then there might be a problem with the wiring
communication. However, if the issue persists, it would be advisable to contact
a professional to diagnose the EOC (electronic oven control) or a potential
wiring failure. I am fairly confident that an
authorized service agent will be able to restore your appliance to its normal
operating condition. You can often locate a qualified service technician on the
manufacturer website.
Thanks for allowing me the
opportunity to assist you!

Hi Chris Stewart - If the bake element and the top of the range works, but just not the heating element, then you possibly have a bad broiler element or connection. However, if you are experiencing other performance difficulties, then the control board may possibly be faulty and needs replacing. Consult a professional for an accurate diagnosis.
