BALANCE MODEL #557S. I HAVE THE RECOVERY DISC CD-ROM #1 BUT NOT THE OTHER(s). THE LAPTOP HAS COMPLETELY CRASHED & I CAN'T FIND BALANCE ONLINE ANYWHERE & THE PHONE # HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED!!! ANY INFO. WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANKS,

this laptop has a ECS motherboard, all drivers are in the page in this link:

http://www.ecsusa.com/ECSWebSite/Products/ProductsDetail.aspx?detailid=479&CategoryID=3&DetailName=Driver&MenuID=1&LanID=0 in this page are the drivers and all documentation, recovery disks are from the laptop manufacturer, but as you say, the company is out of bussiness, so you'll need to install the windows and then install each driver.
