After you enter your lock code a fail repeated times, a PIN2 code should pop up. That code is available through your service provider. Once you get the code, you will be able to change your lock code to sometime you may be able to remember.

Hi baddog27, There is one way to access your phone and that is: 

Block your sim by entering wrong lock code and then it will ask for the PUK code that you will get from your service provider. Enter that PUK code and your phone is unlocked. 
By this method you will not loose your data in your phone.

i got my new nokia 5800. i have been using it several time and i got to transfer my contact list from my other cellular. i have transfer it to the sim and introduce it again in my 5800 to copy it . when i switch it on i entered my pin code but it was not good. i entered it 3 time checking whether its the right pin code. its finally arsked for my puk code.. however when i put my sim card in another cellular it does not arsk for any puk code but only for my pin code which i entered and it was good at this time. but when i put a friend sim card in the 5800 it again arsked for a puk code although that its not my sim card. can u help me please ?
