Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
My Razr v3i deep violet is supposed to be GLOBAL phone, and I'm using in Midwest US. I left it on, battery drained, but it wouldn't charge in the car or in the house (with Euro-charger). Called Motorola, and I was told by a non-English speaking person that the phone was NOT designed to be used in the US (despite it being a GLOBAL phone, lol) and that the software "crashed" on it, and that it was irreparable if it wasn't a battery problem. I tried a new, charged-up battery and it would not power on. When the power button was pressed, the keypad lights up for a second, then dies. I'm sick...I paid $165 for this phone, and I've used it only 3 months! Any ideas how to fix my phone?
