dont know exacetly, but the screen has gone blank, the battery is good, but when i try to switch it on the screen is all white, seems to be a hardware issue, please advice as to where can i get it repaired, and working as good as new, i am from India, is there a genuine repair facility in India,or will i have to send it overseas , if possible please give me the address and url of there site, and email address of any coustomer care office anyware in the world , i had bought it on ebay. U.S.A, been about an year and a half.
