Its the fuser related problem in secind level service. As the fuser assy.has replaced with a new one so but the problem remains. This has to be checked and clear all errorcodes stored in NVRAM during service peroide of the machine. As its very crucial operation on its software you may need the help of trained engineer to do so.
After clearing the errorcode the old fuser assy.may work.

there are no screws for the maintenance kit. if you are taking about the gear assembly with the motor, there are 3 places where the screws go in, however just replacing the screws does not hold that part properly. there is a kit for that, also you might have a damaged dm camshaft.
once you get the printer fixed, and you buy named brand ink, we can get your printer back to warranty, feel free to ask

Remove the black image unit and shake it so that the developer and toner inside of it is spread along the entire length of the image unit. reseat it install it correctly. if not get a new one

Hello there.

As the errors say, there are no drivers installed to make the motherboard function correctly. Your Windows Operating System only knows so many drivers. So what i recommend is to download and install the drivers for your motherboard.

For Windows XP professional click here

The drivers you need on that page are as follows, please install them in this order as well or it may not work correctly.
