Drain must be blocked and water coming out of the front of the air conditoner. Would like to know how to dismantle to have a look and see if we can give it a clean. A Manual would be handy if possible thanks. Model No. on the Air Conditioner is AST12ASJCW. I was unable to locate it in the product below.

Regards,

Deb.

Heya Deb,
I found the manuals that you where after. I have included a link below.
Althou they dont really help with cleaning of the drain,

http://www.fujitsugeneral.co.nz/manuals.pl?source=Hi-Wall+Range

If you feel confident enough to dismantle the air conditioner please follow my instructions below, how ever if you have any doubt please do not continue.

First off you will need to isolate the power. Turn the air conditioner off at the source, normally at the meter box. Confirm that the power is off. Next under the louver flap is three plastic clips that can be moved to expose three phillips head screws, remove these and put them someone so they are not lost. Next take out the filters. Now what your going to have to do is make sure there are no more screws (locations change from model to model) now pull the cover off from the bottom and unclip it from the top. Remove the cover, you should be able to see the drain clearly now. Pour abit of water in the tray and see where it is leaking from, clean tray if req. Make sure the water exits the drain outside before reassembly.
