TAKING PICTURES FROM THE PHONE TO MY COMPUTER

i don't know whether iam giving u the right suggestion!!!!! let me give a practical situation that i encountered, i have china mobile which acts a camcorder when i plug it in to the computer using usb cable... initially i couldn't take video or capture picture from my phone but when i tried on other system it started working....to my surprise i could take video, capture pictures when i started using a software called Skype(used for chating,calling online).


possiblities:

i) it mightbe problem with our operating system, so try downloading some usb video or picture recording software...

ii) try using SKYPE to just make sure that ur phone is in state of taking video or pictures, while using skype......go to Tools---->Options---->Video Settings---->if ur phone is working properly a video appears, from there u can take snapshots using a button just below(explore)


iii) try connecting in system which has a licensed operating system, in which usb video recording device is not corrupted....
