Help! Do you know how to unlock my camera?

    How do I unlock my camera card for my Exilim EX-Z600 digital camera? No idea how it got locked.

There is a little switch on the side of the memory card that you can slide. Slide it the other way and that will unlock your card.

SD and Micro SD memory cards has a small slide switch on the edge of the card, which write protects data on the memory card or add photos to the SD card. Slide the switch from the LOCK position to the UNLOCK position, which is furthest away from the contacts.

SD card is protected, how to unlock SD card

Take your memory card out of the camera and switch the position of the "lock" tab. One position is for "locked" (i.e., "Write Protected") and the other position will allow the card to be written to (unlocked). Some cameras have image protection built into the on-camera software and you may need to configure this there.

Did you using SD card?

Try this:
1. Take out your memory card from the camera.
2. There's switch to lock and unlock on the memory card.
3. Just unlock it, and put back your memory card.

Camera is my problem,

the first thing you do is just open your camera and get your card, after that there is small rectangle at the side please slide it, to unlock

Digital camera says my SD card is pin protected


Have you looked at the card closely, there is a small switch at the side lock / unlock, try unlocking the card and the camera should be able to use it again.

Did you unlock the SD card or accidentally lock it again?. There is a switch on the SD card to unlock it. Try this and then let me know how you make out.
