Scooter motor does not operate

When key turned to on position 10 rapid bleeps are heard followed by 9 longer bleeps . the green power light is also flashing 9 times with a short break between each series of flashing. the battery meter is reading full . no power seems to be getting to the motor. the motor has been connected directly to battery and there does not seem to be a problem with the motor

Kymco xls foru. Why does green light flash 9 times, then pause?

hi Graham, okay assuming it got a PG Drive controller or a ds 90 dynamic controller fitted , 9 flashes means a internal fault ,,,check all of the connections to the controller including the brake and motor connection.. it 's can be a real frustrating fault..For example i had scooters working perfectly then one day 9 bleeps, after making sure of connections were good ,it worked once again..

Currently i 'm working on a ds 90 dynamic controller , it got a 9 bleep problem, dry joints on the controller board ...

I have a go go elite traveller plus , the battery pack will not lift off my scooter it seems to be stuck , i need to replace the batteries

The manual for this scooter is at http://www.discovermymobility.com/store/scooters/summit-scooters/elite-portable-scooter/manual.pdf
The closest info I can find is page 14. MOVING AND TRANSPORTING YOUR Easy Travel Elite
6.1. Moving Your Easy Travel Elite in Freewheel Mode when unfolded:
The Freewheel switch (Fig. 1/17) is used for releasing the brake and moving the Easy Travel Elite without operating the motor. Before activating, make sure your Easy Travel Elite is switched on. Turn Freewheel switch to the "freewheel" position and push or pull the Easy Travel Elite manually.
NOTE: The Freewheel mode can only be activated after the battery is in place and the power switch (Fig.9/1) is turned on. Doing otherwise will cause a fault situation indicated by rapid flashing of the Indicator light (Fig. 9/4). See section 4.2.
WARNING: The Freewheel switch should never be engaged on a slope.
CAUTION: The seat back must remain in the upright position.

They seem to assume removal is obvious, I would check any connections from battery to scooter are pulled out and that freewheel mode is not engaged.

On the dalton p376 power wheelchair, the controller is running through the led lights 7 full times and 25% of the way the 8th time.the controle panel also beeps after the 8 th time.I followed all...

It sounds like it could be locked. Try pressing and holding the power button until it bleeps. then move the joystick to the forward position and hold until it bleeps. Then move the joystick to the reverse position until it bleeps. turn off and then back on.

Check your manual for locking/unlocking. Hope it works
