Typically you can go to the maker of the camera's website. They should have a link on the main page called support, service, or software. Click on that and then you should be given an option for drivers or software. Click on that and then you'll be given the option to select the model of camera you need the software for and select what operating system you have on the computer. After you get that all entered it should bring up your drivers/software for you to download. That's the best advice I can give you without knowing who made the camera and what model it is. If the manufacturer's website doesn't have it you can try to find it at one of the links below:
The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.
Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa.

On the bottom of the page is a link for their software...the same
picture view, but it must be a different version because it installed
and i was able to transfer photos to the keychain.
I hope it works for you. I know how frustrated you must be.
