to increase the size of the print-out that you want check the printer if there is a font edit or check your font in the pc if it is the font size that really fits.
1. On the computer: - go on Print Preview, if document looks normal go to step 2. If it's small in Preview, read on. - make sure you are writing in a font of at least size 10 - make sure you don't have ticked "Shrink to fit", but adjust to 100%. - size of the paper is printing preferences is set up to A4 or Letter, depending on your region - there is a known issue with Outlook printing in small font, you need a hotfix for that
2. On the printer: - You have to go into the menu of the printer and see if there is an option for the font, if there is increase the size of it - In the menu, make sure the paper size is correct - If none of these worked, you may want to reinstall the drivers of the printer - If that does not work, you may have to put a new firmware on the printer. You can download drivers and firmware from manufacturer's website
You can only change the font in the software that you are making your documents with or with your email try changing the font type and size. This is the only way to adjust the size of your font.
to increase the font size in the printing cheque is just simple go on to (or) press F!! key on the cheque printing option will available on there on the give yes . and then some kind of list will available on there on the list read the sentence one by one the font increasing size is available on there give the correct font size as a number for example (60)
Increase the size of the letters before you print them. For instance, if you are using wordpad, before you write anything click on Format, then Font, and increase the number from 10 to 12 or higher. If you are cutting and pasting to Wordpad, increase the size of the font before you paste. If you are printing directly from a web page, click on view and zoom in before you print.
There is a copy setting within HP solution center where you can change the copy size. Set it to "Actual Size" or increase the percentage to get bigger prints.
