what you need to do is just resetting your machine.
1. Press * 28 * on your machine in a quick move.
2. Select copier
3. Select Err.
4. Select Clear then press O.K
5. Turn your machine off for 1 minute and turn it on again.

The error code will not be there anatmoreand your machine will be functioning well.

Hi. that is an old model with low RAM memory . big PDF files will take more time to print . that is absolutely normal

You need an ethernet network of computers
You need to set up the ip addess and subnet mask in the printer via its setup menu . At the very least a ethernet network Switch with static ip addesses for each device , or A router with DHCP server to dynamically assign ip addresses.
you need an rj45 socket on the ir3300 which it should have 802.3 ethernet 10/100 tbase ethernet according to ir3300 specs if it is missing you need a network card to be added to ir3300 by Xerox / Cannon

How many copies drum made?Maybe you have to change it.Clean the optic mirrors platten glass,transfer roller...

you access service mode by pressing ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS-2-8-ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS

E00002 on iR3300 is problem on the heater assembly. Replace heater assembly and buy new heater assembly. Good Luck...!?
