Verbatim Thumb Drive problem

Hi! I'm on the road and took my password protected Verbatim Thumb drive along to do some work. When I plugged it into my friend's USB port, an error window showed up and said "Insert Store and Go and run as privileged user." I went to the "Run" dialogue box and put in the drive name, but got the same message. Does anyone have any ideas about what's going on? Thanks. Sincerely, Slugcrusher

    My friend couldn't remember her administrator account name. We checked w/the online services in her building and the person there said there was an administrator account for the building, but she didn't remember the name either and it's a holiday weekend, and the main office is closed. So, I will check back at my office tomorrow, but I think this will be the solution, because I later recalled someone at my office mentioning something similar to another employee, who'd had the same difficulties. Moral of the story: take your own laptop when you travel, especially if your friend can't remember their administrator account name. Thanks.

You may need to log on to the computer with administrative privileges. Ask your friend to log you into the Administrators account, then insert the drive.

    If you're feeling adventurous, you can try using the offline NT Password and Registry Editor to clear the Administrator password. It can be found here:http://home.eunet.no/pnordahl/ntpasswd/
    Read all the instructions twice before using it! It can be dangerous!

Im not specifically sure what to do, but I would try reloading the Store 'n' Go application and see if it helps.... You can download it here....
