Try The Reset Switch on the back...Then If that doesnt solve the problem plug it directly into a computer alone and go to your web browser and type in http://192.168.1.1 or http://192.168.2.1 It is usually your default ip of your Router and look for a reset link...if that doesnt work try a firmware upgrade from NetGears Website

The charge adapter maybe faulty. If your cell phone is a few months old, then it would be still under warranty. Take it back to the place where you purchased it and have it repaired or replaced under warranty.

"Power cycle" your router and modem. To do this, unplug both the modem
and the router from the power outlet. Wait a few minutes, and plug the
modem back in. Wait a couple of minutes for the modem to initialize,
then plug in the router. Try to connect the Wii, Nintendo DS, or
Nintendo 3DS online and test for proper response.
Erase your old connection settings on the Wii and set up a new one,
as your router's settings may have changed since you last connected. We
suggest following our guide to create a new connection file and start
over.

What did you install last on the laptop?, if its anti virus disable it and try connecting. If after that it does not work ,reinstall the computer OS something is corrupted. It's definately not the router issue.
try power cycling your network (turn off all of the hardware) First turn off the computer, second, the router; lastly the router (wgr614).
Now, turn the hardware in this order:
Turn on Modem. Wait 2 minutes.
Turn on Router (wgr614). wait 1 minute.
Now turn on the Computer(s).
this should refresh your internet connection. If not, check your routers settings for any wrong info. to access your router's homepage, type this (http://www.routerlogin.net) into Internet Explorer.
