This flour sifter is easy to clean, unlike loads of other ones, the only problem is my arms are exhausted afterwards and also it makes clouds of flour fly everywhere. So I wouldnt really reccomend it.

Is there 4 cups in a kilo

No; a kilo is 2.2lbs. There is not a direct way to convert weight (of flour for example) to volume. You are better off estimating the weight than trying to convert it a volume.

Convert 4 ounces to grams

1 ounce = 28.3495 grams or about 28.3g (rounded to tenths)
4 * 28.3 = 113.2g; round to nearest gram, 113g (which is close enough for measuring flour)

Conversion grams to cups

Depends on what product you are using. Liquids or poweders and the density of each one is different so there will not be a direct universal conversion.

Conversion grams to cups

Gram is a unit of mass (or weight), cup is a unit of volume. There is no direct conversion between them.

200 grams of water occupies about 0.845 cups. 200 grams of gold occupies about 0.043 cups.

Is it possible to sift flour electronically?

Yes! you pour flour into the machine and it sifts it for you! the sifted flour then falls into the lower bowl. this one is good-http://www.pastrychef.com/TABLETOP-ELECTRIC-FLOUR-SIFTER_p_1906.html

I do not have a sifter. What can I do instead when the recipe calls for sifted flour?

Use a wire mesh strainer. Put the flour in it and shake it side to side over a bowl.

Why do you need to sift flour? can i skip this when i am baking?

Sifting aerates the flour. It also helps the flour absorb liquid more evenly. It lets you measure flour properly by making the density at a standard level. Basically, its pretty important.
