Problem for TurboChef TORNADO Electric Oven

My employee tells me that the oven is extremely hot and it flashes the F5 - Mag Temp notice.
Anyone have the same experience or shed some light on the issue?

Hi. this is a control fault. the board has lost the ability to communicate its commands to the temp relay. the sensor is also not working. Due to this malfunction, the control board cant regulate the temperature correctly and you will have to replace the board and temp sensor and relay in order to restore this oven to optimal performance.
