You need to download Microsoft Activesync and install it on your PC. You then need a mini USB to USB cable to connect the Dash to your PC. As long as the USB connection is recognized you will then have control to do different imports from the Dash. Alternatively, as long as you have Activesync installed you should also be able to read the Dash's memory and/or microSD card like an external drive and get the photos that way.

hook your dash up to your pc using the active sync program, open up my computer then scoll dowen or up until you see a picture of a phone that says mobile phone underneath it. open it up and then locate the folder where your pictures are stored.then drag and drop them on your desktop or from your desktop to the folder.
