Can receive txt messages, but it will not send messages back

Please check reply or sending message center ( it should same with incoming message center).

Hi the problem you are having is with your message center number this is a common problem and usually happens after you have changed your sim card to another network all you need to do to solve this problem is call your service provider and tell them the make and model of phone you have then ask them for the correct message center number.
they wont charge for this and they will tell you how to set it up, you will also need to ask them to send you the latest wap and mms settings so you can use the net and send and receive picture messages. they wont charge for this either and they will send you these settings via txt message and this will then update your phone to the latest settings.

Just Switch off and switch on your mobile. if the problem remain, contact your network operator(customer care).

Perform a hard reset on the phone: Turn phone off. hold reject call button, answer call button , camera button and turn on. keep holding untill the nokia hands show then just follow the original setup. Make sure u back everything up as it will all be lost.

refresh the msg. centre no. and under the option of reply via same centre make it no.............

sending multiple msg via sms or bluetooth is a virus. For phone screen resolution its a system config settings.

IT CAN BE FIXED BY ONLY CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE..

Guyz i have got the solution, just update your firmware of Nokia 5800 XpressMusic to the latest version by connecting your phone to PC with data cable (PC Suite must be installed on your PC from the CD you have got in your Nokia box)

Simply run Nokia Software Updater and let it do its work. after completing update just restart your phone and try to send SMS.
