Hi,

It's just about 3 months that I have bought a MotoK1 mobile n it is not working. Everytime I switch on my mobile the merror message appears- INSERT SIm. I have tried using my sim in other mobiles n it is working fine. Plz help me solve this problem ASAP.

Hey there
First of all try insert a sim of a diffrent provider into your motok1, if they work then your phone is locked in order to prevent it from being used in diffrent providers.
If this is the case you will need to find sombody that will "open" your phone to other networks
