Amana Freezer not running

We have an Amana upright freezer that was purchased,delivered and installed August 13,2007 (just 2 weeks ago). We just noticed this evening that it is not running. We checked the breaker box, turned the controll to a higher number and pulled it out to make sure it was plugged in properly.
We are not sure how long it's been off. Tonight we opened some icecream and it was VERY soft. The bread products are soft. I am very worried our home frozen corn and meats will thaw. I believe the product number is AQU1625BEW (I think it is a Q after the A)
