Player does not read music or viedos format. - Creative Labs ZEN V Plus MP3 Player

It sounds like the music is in the wrong format. Read your instruction manual find what formats are accepted and then download a converter to change your music into that format.

make sure the videos are in the wright format and then reload them to the mp3 player if this does not fix the problem then idk what it is.

need to reformat your music files to the proper format you need, emersons are very picky, they only take a few formats, i believe avi is one of them, the software disk your emerson came with reformats your music and video files to the proper format... read your instruction booklet before using the product...

you need to take pictures and viedos off of the mp3

you need to convert the video to an mp4 format you can find a downloadable one pretty much anywhere on the internet.

Download whatever music video from Limewire, Napster, etc. Watch the entire video to make sure you are satisfied. Afterwards, go to the Sansa Media Converter and click "Add Music." Find the video (in whatever file you saved it under) the click convert. That should put it on there.

You need "Total Video Converter" and "Xilisoft 3gp".
1st make a video with your phone. Open the file with Xilisoft 3gp.

Take note of this:

Now convert a video with "Total Video Converter" using the parameters you got on Xilisoft.
I tryed and works well.

It's .wav format. However if you burn your MP3s as an audio disc (not an MP3 disc) with a program like Nero or Roxio Easy DVD Suite, then it will automatically convert them to .wav and burn them to CD and it will work with your CD player straight off.
