they phone doesnt want to work at all with the buttons and when i press 4 it always enter 41 cant use any features except answer phone

I would suggest you look at the manuals for other Panasonic KX-T .... models. The basic operations are nearly about the same. I did the same for a BellSouth cordless I got on the cheap on Ebay. Could not find a manual for the exact model but searched on the web and managed to get all the basics by looking at the manual for a near identical newer model. Look out for similar type buttons and general layout and you will get some idea about the operation. Good luck with it.
