Either the charger is bad or the batteries are too old. If the batteries are allowed to go dead completely the 24 volt charger will not recover. You'll need to seperate the batteroes and use a 12 volt automotive charger to charge the batteries. Make sure the 12volt charger is able to charge gell cell batteries. Not all will.

How do I reboot batteries

Hi mike , you could try a car battery charger to bring the voltages up but this rarely works , sadly your batteries are nearly dead..

One thing to note , check the charger , if the charger bad then the batteries will reflect that ..

Digital camera batteries go bad?

Yes the can go bad.
I still have 9 year old Kodak lithium batteries in good condition, nut I know sometimes my rechargeable batteries last no longer then a year. It is a shame that some camera brands only give a 90 day warranty on the batteries.
To keep your rechargeable batteries in a good condition, give them a charge at least every 3 months. Or always a day before you need the camera. Never try to use speed chargers. I still have a charger capable of charging full within 15 minutes. The barrettes are hot, and when charged that way after 10 or 20 times they are dead.
Just use the charger that came with your camera.
But if you only can shoot a few shote with your battery, buy a new battery.

My battery backup is only 10-20 minutes only,

I think what you are asking is why does your battery only last 10 - 20 minutes.
The answer is that you need a new battery. And here's a suggestion for you: When you install a new battery, let it run completely down 3 or 4 times to get it to accept a full charge. Thereafter, let it run down once a month to give the battery maximum life. Doesn't matter what the "experts" say--just do that.
Modern batteries are not supposed to have a "memory" but I've found that it's best to exercise a little preventive care.
Also--rechargeable batteries have a limited life.

T20 batteries wont stay charged

It might be that you are using older batteries. However, you should try dimming your backlight to the lowest possible setting and performing any other power-saving actions such as limiting the processor's power (if available on your laptop.) Hope this helps.

Battery Get Discharged within few Minutes even after Full Charge

I have the same problem, and for now an external charger is the best solution. Also try resetting 4 times. I also got a new power supply, but problem persist. Good luck!!!

I dont know how old your battery is but they will sometimes show full charge but not last long cause of age. Try a differant battery.
