My Toshiba19LV610U keeps changing its input back to DVD

Main system control memory IC fault. This is a very small IC; have 8 solder terminals, and can be located very near to the main system control-chroma IC. Check and replace it. Be sure to replace it with the same number printed on it; in all respect. Otherwise, it won't go. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/

The control for the Effects Loop Mix seems to function like a master volume control. I get no sound in ay channel if the Effects Loop Mix control is in the "EFF" position (right) and sound...

That is the way it is supposed to work... It is a level control to control the level sent to an EXTERNAL effects unit. What external effects unit are you using? Brand and model please. If you proportion more to the effects loop, you want to make sure the EXTERNAL effects unit is on and its gain controls are up. The foot switch input should control the EXTERNAL effects unit when you plug the footswitch into the EXTERNAL unit. The footswitch input on the amp itself has NOTHING to do with the external effect loop, it only affects the amp's own DFX unit.

My both A and B left speakers are noising (When something is playing, the're making some white noise) . What should I do ??

What source is selected when this happens? Badly-tuned FM radio or undecoded DTS from an external source could make loud white noise?

Just the left? Suspect the source if it's external. Swap left and right inputs to see if it follows.
Multiple sources? The amp is causing it.

There is the slighest chance that a common control may have developed a high-resistance or 'dead' spot and is causing your symptom. Turn the POWER OFF and operate every control throughout its range a number of times, especially rarely-used ones like Tape Monitors and the Mute control.

Maked sure your speaker wires are physically isolated or at right angles to power cords, devices with motors, TV

Not able to enter phone number under new receipient dia

This usually occurs after an Internet Explorer upgrade. I spent days banging my head against the wall searching for solutions, when I stumbled across this. It fixes the problem every time.

WinFax PRO hangs or shuts down
- during installation
- when prompting for a phone number/CSID
- editing a phonebook entry
- adding/editing an IP address, or setting up Host Sharing

The problem started occuring after installing Internet Explorer 7/8.

SOLUTION:

1. In CONTROL PANEL, Click on REGIONAL AND LANGUAGE OPTIONS

2. Click on the LANGUAGES Tab.

3. Under "TEXT SERVICES AND INPUT LANGUAGES" Click on the DETAILS button.

4. Click the ADVANCED Tab.

5. Under System Configuration, enable the option "Turn off advanced text services" (Put the CHECK mark in this box.)

6. Click OK.

7. Restart the computer and then try WinFax PRO / TalkWorks PRO again. Number entry should now work in WinFax.

8. Now go back to the control panel following the steps above and undo step 5, un-check the option "Turn off advanced text services."

Note

• To open Regional and Language Options, click Start, click Control Panel, click Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options, and then click Regional and Language Options.

• Use this procedure to turn off handwriting recognition, speech recognition, and some accessibility features temporarily. These services can affect performance, and if you are not using them with your current program, you can turn them off temporarily.

• If you are not using a text service at all, you should remove it.

• Turning off text services does not affect multiple languages or keyboards that you have added under Installed services on the Text Services and Input Languages dialog box.

Parental Control Lock keeps blocking

I have the same tv and the only way to stop it going in to parent safe mode is to get a better signal or use a external source (Digital tuner, Cable box, etc.)

Accessing External Inputs Settings

you have to use the remote control for the tv not the dvr.
the dvr control likely cannot control the tv inputs programming unless you can program the correct code. and most new lcd panels don't have the correct codes for existing remotes
access using ext on the tv remote.
you may have to go into the menu and tell the tv what the ext is set to ie.. a channel or a input.
