The belt is slipping or the compressor and/or clutch is bad. If the compressor won't turn freely with the engine off, it may be locked up which will make the belt screech.
the compressor has an internal overlod inside of it after 115 degress it opens and wont start till it cools down below 115 unplug and try putting ice cubes on top of com pessor to cool it down otherwise it will take hours to cool off
From what you have described it sounds like the room temperature sensor may be at fault. But, be usre you're seeing the room temp, rather than the temperature you have the unit set on.
In any event, Haier's Product Support Hotline can give you more details on the sensor and what part(s) may be needed.to make the repair or direct you to one of their authorized service locations You can reach them by dialing 1-877-337-3639
You might have a bad motor ,bad capicator or even a bad board .Need to troubleshoot to find out .if there is power going to blower motor and it's not running then most likely motor is bad .
The whirring noise is the heads trying to read hard drive and then the weird rubbing screech sound and not showing up in your pc. sounds like the drive is dead.
Your PTC relay on the compressor is bad needs to be replaced.
First be sure to unplug cooler. Remove the cardboard cover that covers
most backs of the units. Remove the plastic cover that is on the
side of compressor. It is held on with a metal clip. Now you should be
able to see the relay pry the relay straight off. note the wiring and
position of relay. Only three prongs on compressor. Go to a parts house
for appliance's and with your make and model number should be able to
get a new one. Let me know if you need any more help. ken
hi. thanks for the question. leaving the door open ,would let a lot of moisture to enter the freezer, and cause it to frost up. to clear frost. cut power to fridge, open the doors .,let thaw over nite clean up the water mess. dry the inside of fridge & freezer turn power on good to go. to stop the door from being left open .lift the legs under the front so the fridge has more weight, and it will close by self . no more doors left open. thanks the appliance doc
