Getting to work an industrial sized esp...

Just recently my uncle gave me my family an Espressimo Grindmaster cappuccino maker. He doesn't have the directions and can't figure it out himself. We've been looking online and can't find anything about this specific model (2100 Q). It has an eagle on top and fancy gold around the edges. It's an old fashioned looking machine. We can't even figure out how to open it. There are two handles with what looks like filters, but they're very small. I highly doubt that this huge machine makes so little cappuccino. I don't know though. I have pictures, but there doesn't seem to be an option for that on here. Hopefully someone knows what the heck I'm talking about. Thanks.
