unit will not blow cold air....constant 72 degrees air whether set on "Fresh Zone" or Cooling". I have tried resetting the red reset button on right side of front panel..not sure if the button is working because it doesn't "click" or stay in when I push it in. Should it? When the unit cycles to "Cooling" from "FreshZone" about three minutes after I switch to "Cooling", I can hear what sounds like the compressor or something else "kicking in" but the temperature of the discharging air doesn't change..always 72 degrees. This problem occurs whether or not I have the water tank in or out of the unit. Help?

- useless answer...I have one other pinguino unit that ejects air at 50 degrees until the room is cooled to about 75 degrees. My other unit, and this one, used to work fine the last time I used it in May. You obviously have no idea what you are talking about. This reply was useless. I had pretty well narrowed it down to what may be a faulty red reset button..you never addressed that.I do not want to pay for this useless "advice". I am NOT a school child and you gave a school child answer.Sorry to be so harsh, but please give value to subscribers...not a bunch of inane bs.

- the first answer was useless..anybody out there know what he/she is talking about?
you may need to remove the rear cover to examine what is and is not running. once you remove the back, start up the unit on a workbench. see if the fan is running and the compressor has kicked in. look at the larger or two tubes coming out of the compressor. if it is cooling a small layer of frost or condensation will appear on this " suction" line. if this tubing and the other one are approx the same temperature, then there is a freon leak in the system. Only an EPA certified technician can fill your unit. I am not familiar with that RED button but it mat be a reset of some sort. With the back removed see how it is connected in the wiring circuit. if you have the wiring diagram, please send it to me under my regular email address and I'll walk you through the troubleshooting procedure.

Delonghi - Pinguino PAC 70 AC isn't exhausting any hot air through the back - then shuts down after around 20 mins and can only be restarted using the red reset butten under front sliding panel.
