DVD Playback problem

I have a Panasonic DVD player Model # SC-PM08
and I am creating DVD slideshows of weddings. My computer is a DELL Dimension E521 with XP Media Center 2002, service pack 2. I have a SONY external dvd/cd rewritable drive Model # DRX-830U.

Using ProShow Producer 3.0, I create slide shows. The shows will play back just fine on my computer. (I set it so that I can play the dvd I create on either a tv or a computer), but I've tried to play the dvd on two different dvd players and all I get is the audio off my title slide; then nothing. I'm wondering if I have a setting tweaked incorrectly when I create the dvd? Thanks for any help you can offer!
