Re: My sidekick 2 has a white screen and just keeps...

Mine did that too.... I just left it over night and then it took the charge the next day. Now I have a different problem... the phone says it is charging... the battery meter flashes 1, 2 and 3 bars like it is taking a charge but it's not... now it's dead and when I plug it in the red and green phone lights on the top and bottom of the scroll wheel flash really fast but no charging ??? HELP....

My K810i phone doesnt turn on..

let it sit in the charger for 1hour then try to turn on your phone. it could be that the charger cannot charge the battery and turn on the phone at the same time and the battery is too weak to turn it on and needs a better charge.

Turn on, vibrate, flash lights, turn off

Hi. Just try pressing the power button and reset button at the same time. Unit will vibrate when reset. You can use a paper clip or similiar to hit the reset button located behind the screen. After that, plug your device to charger for at least a couple of hours. Hope this helps.

My sidekick 2 is turning on, but has a blank white screen. i tried turning it off, and charging it for a long period of time. i don't think i dropped it, but i have in the past. i dont know whats going on...

This is a problem most likely with the actual connection to the screen. that's why it is just showing all white, I have seen this before. Only way to have it fixed is to have it serviced. Go to your local provider's store and inquire there about service. If you need further assistance let me know.

this is a very simple solution if someone hasn't told you the answer yet.... just hold your sidekick right side up then flip it as if you were putting it on a table and then there will be a button with 2 arrows and then 1 with what looks as a dot hold in the button with the do until you see the screen start to light up

2 problems with my side kick can you fix it?

The charge part has broken, I dont think there is anyway to fix it. I think you could send it to the company. Or find a retail store near your location. Same with the audio. I had a sidekick 2 I had the same problem the d-pad (Speakers) didn't work but try this instead.

Open it
Close the sidekick half way
Get a pin or pen
It will say somthing and shut off and vibrate
It will turn on
Then see if it works

I hope it works

Need to replace broken screen on sidekick 2

turn the flip half way, u'll see 2 screws using a torx #6 screw driver unscrew both of those screws and take the screen off it'll be a little tough to get out, but nothing a little tug cant take care of, then do the same to ur friends phone swap the screens put in the screws and VOILA ur fixed
