I presume you mean the inner drum, this is major strip down, remove the top, remove the front panel and the control panel, remove and split the out drum in half, remove the drum pully, refit the nut and hit the spindle with a hammer using the nut to protect the thread, this will force the drum spider out of the bearings, reverse the process to reassemble. Hotpoint Ultima Super Silent WF865. I'm getting error code F04 there's water in the machine and it's stopped.

Error code F04 indicates pressure switch jammed on empty.
Remove the lower rear panel of washer.
Remove the large black hose fastened to bottom of drum.
Remove and clean the plastic filter inside hose.
Remove the hose onto the pump, and check for blockage or obstruction here.
This should clear the fault
please leave feedback for my solution.

Hotpoint Aquarius WF 430

Best way to check if the main drum bearings have gone is to;
  1. Remove back panel of washer
  2. Remove drive belt.
  3. Spin drum by hand from the inside of the drum, if it feels rough, or is noisy and rumbling, then the main bearings have gone.
If there is no apparent noise, then you will have to investigate further.
If I can help further, pleas let me know.
Plz rate my solution.

WF865 noise when spinning

Washers have to be balanced. Some have balance adjusters either inside the dryer as explianed above or on the bottom to level the washer. try to balance it by turning the bolts slightly or the bottom portion of the washer to level it. Or else they want to shake apart. Also by distributing the clothes evenly so it won';t be all to one side can help. do not tighten the screws all the way. Just tighten them to the point of getting the right balance.
