My washer is fairly new and is starting to act up. The clothes are still wet after the washer stops. I have cleaned the filter strainer with no joy. Sometimes it takes the washer a long time to finish it's cycle, and it doesn't reach a very high spin speed.

First check your washer plug to see if the connections are tightly
screwed. Next check your filter if you haven't for long.
the 3 screws at the bottom of the front panel under the
washer door. Your filter door will be light brown. If you find a hose
there it is to drain out excess water (water that could not be drained
by your pump) After you hv drained unscrew the cap and
remove all the junk inside. Have a large plastic bag to catch junk and
water. Refit carefully after cleaning out. If not solved, something
shd be blocking your pump, check this out
Are you getting any type of error message on the display?
How long have you had the washer? Have you ever cleaned out the filter?
I also have a Duet (2 years old) and my clothes were not spinning out as well as they once did. I started getting a SUD error message with almost every load and then started getting a F5 message which the manual says it means it's not draining correctly. It never said how to fix it though. Went into the panel underneath washer, found the clean out plug for the drain...it was gross! Cleaned it out, washer works like new again.
Watch the washing machine go through its complete spin cycle.(It could have a filter in the pump, check for water flow coming out of the drain.
Make sure the washing machine is fully leveled
with a square.
make sure you put fairly big loads to keep it balanced.
If the washing comes out wet on the final spin ,add some more garments and then put it on spin again as the w/m might be going out of balance.
Under the work bench on top some times there is a spring to adjust the tension.
about every five or six years the motor brushes need changing.
