Hey i have a razr v3...I tried several batteries with it says charging but when I unplug the charger the indicator drains down...

Sounds like you may have a connection problem where the charging cable plugs into the phone. Not much can be done except to get a new phone. Those micro USB/USB style connections last a long time, but once a pin is bent up it is game over. Sorry!

Unable to charge

Check the contacts between phone and battery, if necessary align or clean. Are you using original Motorola charger? This solved my problem; I was trying to charge it with one of those "universal" chargers.

Razr not charging -

New charger is needed - Razors are VERY particular about their type of charge - If it is a bad charger - You will see the battery indicator flashing red - and it will be empty - this is the phone saying pretty much that it cannot use this charger -

I have had ALOT of problems with razors and returned chargers - Try to scoop up an original - or take it to a location and test the charger first -

You can try to remove the battery and then put it back in - then try to charger it but i doubt that will work -

Get a new charger - TEST IT FIRST IN STORE!!!

Razr v3 drained battery charging

the desk top charger wont be working for your device and I suggest you to replace the battery on to another mobile phone and try charging it

Wont turn on or charge

the firmware on the phone needs reflashing , you can do this online at or take the phone to a mobile service center to have it fix.

have you tried measuring the output voltage on the charger?? if not... use a multimeter to check if there is a voltage coming out on the charger.. if there is... you doomed.... the charging module (charging IC) on your phone is fckd..

Battery indicator light blinks red

if it show fully battery also when u charge your battery it show from the red indicate only tht is not a problem... u need to charge the battery fully ... untill the msg shown as charge complet .. so need not to worry about the Red blinking battery indicator when you plug in charger.
