Went off, the light on the circle button went on an nothing else

I was listening to the radio with my sensa then it suddenly went off. It was in my pocket. When I got it out, the blue light of the circle button was on, but nothing else. I tried to restart it. Nothing. I tried to charge it: nothing...I pressed the on button for 20 seconds: nothing. but... the light is still on.

Press and hold the power button for 20 seconds to "reset" the device. If that doesn't work, you can call Technical Support to resolve your issue.

I have a JVC in dash CD player its I think a sw68 one day I was mashing the search button repeatedly while searching for a song on my USB flash drive when all of a sudden it wouldn't turn.... Here's the...

I also had a JVC unit in my old car, unsure of the model. It was used prior to my purchase, like the car was, and the SEEK > button was the same way. It would kind of stick down/pressed in, and very rarely work, and most the time it DID work was when I wasn't even pressing any buttons. all other functions of the radio were still there but because the connection behind the SEEK > button was shot, I just spent next to nothing on another radio/cd player. it may depend however if your unit is new or an older one like mine. best of luck!

Creative Zen M:vision - can't turn on/off, permanent blue light

Well, i didn't charge mine over night, was listening to it in the evening while doing some chores and all of a sudden it stopped playing, Blank screen and permanent Blue light. I tried to turn if off but it didn't respond so i left it. In the morning, it went off itself (guess the battery was low). So i connected to the computer and inserted the ZEN CD. As i was exploring the CD looking for a solution, then all of a sudden the screen came up with a note "Rebuilding..." after 5 secs it came on. With all my files intact! I hope this wud be helpful, You could give it a shot, after all there's nothing to loose!

My ipod froze up ! wont turn off, time dont move, light stays on but its stuck!!!

First thing to try is a reset

To reset your iPod:
  • 1. Toggle the Hold switch on and off. (Slide it to Hold, then turn it off again.)
  • 2. Press and hold the Menu and Select buttons until the Apple logo appears, about 6 to 10 seconds. You may need to repeat this step.

Reseting my zune

Try to reset it. Press the back button (<-) and the up button ( above the Enter key) simultaneously. If this doesnt work, continue to press the back button with other directional buttons to see if this gives you a result.

Sansa MP3

Very hot = not good - replace the player

For laughs, Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.

Resetting the sensa

The most basic way to reset this device is to hold the power button down for 15 - 20 seconds - if you have a charge on the battery in the player, this should do it.
