Top rack dishes won't get cleaned

My top rack dishes won't come clean. I am uncertain if there is a problem with the upper spray arm or the spray tower itself.

-   I have a Bosch LogicXX (about 6 years old) the only thing that's wrong is that the top spray arm won't spin round, no obstructions & everything else is working OK. I have checked for blockages but all looks fine, any ideas ?

-   Water comes out of top spray arm but it doesn't spin. Holes are all open and pump screen is clean.-   Guest

-   Yes, I'm having the same problem and have verified that the top spray bar is not clogged, but I think it might not be moving, not sure why.-   thrjm
