Forgot My Login Password on my PC on the outlook

Use another computer to login and check the outlook.com password works.

You need a live internet connection to login to a online account. Check on the surface your have this (triangle of bars on screen).

Then put in the full email name for outlook.com account and password. The surface 2 will check that it can login and validate this account, and let you in to the pc.

Point your web browser at http://www.facebook.com

If another account comes up, log out of it by clicking the down-pointing triangle in the upper-right then clicking "Log Out."

If you then still can't log in to your account, click the "Forgot your password?" link located just below the password box on the login page.

Have you forgot your password or can't login?
If you have forgot your password - under Login click on Can't access your account? and follow the instructions
If you can't access it, do the same as in the forgot password step or go to Outlook.com and login with your e-mail but with @outlook.com.

Click on Can't access your account? and follow the instructions, and it also may be due the automatic upgrade to outlook.com experience, please go to outlook.com and login with your e-mail + @outlook.com and your current password.

1. Computer

Go to https://www.hotmail.com or https://outlook.com. This will redirect you to the login.live.com. Don't worry, it is the domain which will direct you to your Hotmail inbox.
Enter your Hotmail Account username and password.

• Please enter exactly your full email address. Example :com@hotmail.com( This can be an email account ending with @outlook.com,@hotmail.com, @msn.com, or @live.com, and includes international domains, such as @outlook.co.uk, or any custom domains hosted on Outlook.com. )
• Passwords are case sensitive, so please check whether caps lock is on before you enter Hotmail login password

Click on sign in button to come to Hotmail home page, where you can manage your Hotmail emails.
You will reach Hotmail inbox which is now Outlook Mail. You can access all your old Hotmail emails and contacts in outlook.com. If you face any issues in Hotmail account login, please visit Outlook login support page
Tips:

• If you're signing in to a public computer, make sure to sign out before leaving the computer.
• Check the small box below password box saying "Keep me signed in" if you want to remember your login credentials for next time. Ensure that you are using your personal computer.

Built-In Email App STEP 1 : Open your built-in email client
Tap Settings > Accounts > Add account > Exchange.

Built-in email app on iOS STEP 1 : Go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account
STEP 2 : Select "Outlook.com". The setting procedure is similar to that of Hotmail, Live, or MSN email account.
STEP 3 : Enter your Hotmail email address, password and account's description.
Be careful that you have to enter your full email address, whose ending is either one of these following @outlook.com,@hotmail.com, @msn.com, or @live.com, or @outlook.co.uk, etc,.

If you want to reset your Outlook password, the best way is to change your network password by ctrl alt del and then change password. This will then replicate to your outlook

there is always a cell on the motherboard, remove it and place it back, this will reset / finish all the passwords on the pc

You can log into the server, for example if you have Hotmail or Gmail, simply go through your browser to login. (firefox or Internet Explorer) and go to hotmail.com and try to login. If you can not remember the password you will get an error and below that is a blue link to click on which says "Forgot Password" and will ask you for your password hint, and if you guess that correct it should reset your password, allowing you to change it.
From there once you get that, simply go into Outlook Express, Tools Menu, Account settings, and update your password with your new password and that should do it.
