my cd drive has an exclamation mark over it,how do i make it visible again? i uninstalled it and re-installed it, but is still not visible.

WizNope - its a DMA issue, you have to reinstall this on a new IDE pathway or delete the data n windows relating to this drive. The default ATAPI drivers always works with any new hardware but an error occured more than once. Boot up safe mode and delete all data relating to this drive and registry entries. If not, re-install windows
