Just got this tv from a friend and its only been used a couple of hours-got it home, with no remote and no manual-hooked it up fine to the dish network and the color is off and we can't seem to fix it....how do we do it manually?

-   Looks Like ghosts but u can tell that the three main colors just aren't lined together anymore. Bowing in the green. Bottom of pic you can see that the green arches and the blue and red are just off center.-   SheilaE

moving big screens around may throw off the convergence, look to see if you have red,blue or green or all.. ghosts or edges in the picture.

you will need a tech manual ..not owners manual to fix it,

I would call a local tech and hear what he thinks for just a service charge.

if you cant fix it with the convergence adjustment then you will need a tec to replace the convergence card i had mine replaced 4 years ago for 300.00 bux and now the tv died 4 hours ago time to drop it off the balcony
