H10 & E10 Players
H10 Players are only compatible with Windows XP. They cannot be used on Windows 98SE / Me / 2000 or Macintosh computers.
H100 Series, H300 Series and iGP players
The H100 Series, H300 Series and iGP players are compatible with Mac OS versions 9.2.2 and 10.2 or higher. When attached, the player will display as an icon on the desktop. Open the icon to add files to the player. Note, the DB functions described in the manual are not available for Mac OS at this time, as the index cannot be created with Mac OS. This means that Album, Artist, Genre, and Title searching will not be available.
