How do i get the phone off lock.

I cant dial out. my son was playing with the phone now its locked. lost the manual. please help. the phone shows a key and does not let me do anything. thank u

insert the accepted sim, thats the one that came with phone, dial
*7465625*638*00000000*00000000#your phone should show personalisedthen dial #7465625*638*00000000#phone should show network lock deactivated.
