Problem with Zling slot mp3 player

Dear friends:
I upgrated the frameware of my mp3 player and after that I tried to connect to computer and upload some songs. unfortunately lcd dont turn on. even using new bateries I can not turn it on to check whether it is ok or not! please help....
i upgraded firmware and install driver,but my mp3 players screen is not turning on any more.
