All I want is the serial number for my new program, please tell me why this is so hard!!!

OK, remove the hard drive, buy a hard drive to USB lead on ebay.
Plug into a new computer run Belarc advisor http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html, this will read the whole computer and your hard drive and give the serial and codes. Once you have this you can re install the programs with the correct password and serial numbers

Remember Using an illegal serial number your nero program can cause the funtions of some of nero to be limited.
Everytime you load nero a small logfile is sent to nero telling them the program you are using could be illegal.
so Don't trust illegal serial numbers from unknown websites - they can infect your computer with spyware.

Could you please tell me what kind of serial number is that and let me know also what is the program you trying to install to your computer. Is that Studio program or the instant DVD recorder. Please reply back here and if ever copy and paste your serial number so that I can check what is that serial number is all about.
