Water wont drain out of washer

First, make sure the drain hose isn't kinked, clogged, or collapsed anywhere. Then,take the hose off the pump and using a flashlight, look into the suction port, looking for anything clogging the pump and check the impeller blades for any missing or broken blades and that the impeller will move freely. If any impeller blades are missing/broken or if the impeller won't turn freely, the pump will have to be replaced. Hope this helped and best wishes.

check the belt make sure it is still contected.
if that is good you may have a faulty door lock

Remove the back cover and later the drum drain pipe. If a filter is present, dismantle and clean out. Most often the cause is a object that that is hindering the operation of the spinning pump. Dismantle and clean the pump.
