I don't know what type of heller air con I have but for the second time now it's started dripping water inside does anyone know how I can fix it

The tube that drains water out of the drain pan is plugging up. You have to disassemble the AC unit cabinet to get inside to clean out the drain pan and drain tube. You might as well clean the evaporator and condenser coils too. Spray with Fantastik cleaner and rinse with water. Also put some oil into the small tube for the shaft on the fan motor. If no small tube, then put oil on the shaft where it enters the fan motor.

Refrigerator drain tube

Hi Joe:
Look at the back of the refridgerator. Typically you will be able to see the drain tube running don the back and into an evap tray underneath. Sometimes the drain tube will get plugged with nasty stuff at the evap tray, or inside the fridge at the drain entry. Cleaning the components, and blowing through the tube to make sure it is clear should solve the problems.

Stop water overflowing in frIDGE FREEZWE

-You mean from the bottom of the fridge...? If so, the drain pan or the pan that catch the water must be off from the line. Take a look. If it doesn't sit under the drain tube, fix it (move to under the drain tube). So you won't see water under fridge any more.
-But if it's from the Inside. The drain hole is plug. Check and clean it.

Good Luck

My Hotpoint CSX22GR is still not draining at the bottom of the freezer. Cleaned out and poured hot water but water is still collecting. How do i get to the base of it to check it?

Hello,

In the back of the refrigerator behind the scrvice panel is a tube that connects to the drain inside of the freezer drain...that tube is blocked and ya need to pull that tube out and clean it as well as the part of the drain inside of the freezer which ya have already cleaned.

Our breezeaire wks4000 is set up to automatically drain. After 2 years, we noticed there is water dripping down the side of wall. when we try and move the unit, water pours out of it.

YOU PROBABLY HAVE A CLOGGED DRAIN HOSE.
REMOVE THE COVER BY REMOVING THE SCREWS ON BOTH SIDES OF THE UNIT(FAN DECK) PULL TOWARD THE FRONT AND YOU WILL SEE BLUE INSULATION, REMOVE THE TOP PEACE AND THE SIDE PEACE OF BLUE INSULATION ON THE RIGHT, LOOK INSIDE AND THERE WILL BE A DRAIN PAN, CONECTED TO THAT DRAIN PAN IS A WHITE PLASTIC DRAIN TUBE, USE A SHOP VAC TO **** OUT ALL THE WATER, CLEAN THE DRAIN PAN AND UNCLUG THE DRAIN TUBE, I WOULD RECOMMEND A SHOP VAC TO DRAIN THE WATER OUT AND TO BLOW AIR INTO THE DRAIN TUBE TO CLEAR ANY MATERIAL CLOGGING THE DRAIN TUBE.

Model KTRS22MJB water from freezer flows to refrigerater, and settles at bottom under the produce drawers. Have had some one come out 'repair' several times before. They used an auger type tool? I should...

HI, I have seen this a lot in my 13 years of maintenance work, the problem is the drian line freezes up and when the frig goes into defrost cycle the water has no place to go so it leakes into frig. He is using the auger to clean ice out of drain line. After you clean out we would use a heavy guage copper wire and wrap around heating coil and put other end down into drain tube so when defrost cycle kicks on it will heat wire and drain tube will not freeze up,this would solve the problem and would never get a nother work order agian. Hope this helps.

Water is leaking inside the freezer at the bottom. It pools and freezes. Seems to be once per day. Any ideas

Clean the drain pan and drain line in the back of the freezer section underneath the evaporator coil. (hint: use turkey baster with hot water) Make sure water drains when you pour it in. If it doesn't - also clean drain tube on the back of the unit behind the cover. When done - put the tube exactly where it was.
Good luck! :)

Water leaking inside fridge.

If you remove the back panel of your freezer you will notice what looks like a drain - melted water will go through a drain hole that extends to your refrigerator inside a cup that slowly drains the water through a tube through the back of your refrigerator and down the drip pan. Your cup may appear fine, but maybe there is some obstruction somewhere causing the water not to drain fast enough - so what happens is that the cup will eventually overflow - try to see if you can remove this and pass a long wire down the drain tube at the back to dislodge anything blocking or partially blocking it - see if you can also clean your drain cup, eventually small derbris accumulate. At the back of your freezer panel look for any partial or complete obstruction of the drain hole and its surroundings, which might be iced up.

I myself have had this problem for months, my refrigerator would have water at the bottom accumulate and eventually under the crispers a river of water :)

Cleaning the cup and the drain tube at the back of the fridge and the drain and surroundings at the back of the freezer panel should fix this problem. Sounds like your drain at the freezer level is plugged up and water is backing up and leaking from elsewhere !

Sounds as if you may have a clogged defrost drain. Remove the inside rear freezer panel and look under the frosted evaperator coils to see if there is solid ice. This is your drain trough. Clear the ice with a heat gun and then blow out drain hole, located in the center of the trough, then flush with hot water. DO NOT USE ANY SHARP DEVICE TO CHIP AWAY AT ICE.
