The fuse diagram is on the inside of the fuse box cover.
The fuse box you want is on the inside of the car, on the driver's side, under the dashboard, near the driver's door.
It is a pop-off cover. If you check the fuses there and don't find a blown fuse, you may want to check the fuse box under the hood for any blown fuses, ( fusible links.)

Hi, try going to driverguide.com, and signing up for free. You can then search their site for your drivers. (You can just search using the model SAA7130). I checked, and they have drivers that support windows operating systems up through Windows XP for this card. Hope this helps! bigdaddyd2
