remove the side doors, and top cover, make sure your brushes are making correct contact against the slip rings, there is a flat mounting panel behind the range control switch, you will see 2 white fuses in their holders, check these fuses, one controls AC output the other controls weld current output.
Depends on serial #. Should be in the engine compartment right side lower next too bottom door hinge in plastic covers two of them you will see the wiring harness going into the back of them. Relays are above battery.
What model of suitcase? Could be the contactor in the suitcase, could be the mig gun. Are you using the CV setting on the Bobcat, instead of CC? Is the Bobcat on the high CV setting and the dial most of the way?
